Getting Around the Lower Mainland by Transit

The Lower Mainland's transit system is, mostly, run by Translink. On its website, you can plan your trip by entering your origin and destination. You will be provided with an itinerary which may include buses, SkyTrain, or SeaBus.

The West Coast Express is another option. Trains make a couple of trips from the Fraser Valley into Vancouver in the morning and a couple of trips back to the Valley in the afternoon. Many people use this service to commute to and from work.
